Super cute, great quality, and an awesome price. I love my new glasses! They arrived quickly with a cute little case and they fit my face perfectly. I’m already searching through their inventory to see what other pair I can buy. The polarized lenses work very well at blocking the sun rays. When I first open them I was afraid they were not going to work for me because I have very sensitive eyes and the lenses looked very light, I can see my eyes through them when I look in the mirror. These are probably my most favorite sunglasses in over 50 years. I had some over 50 years ago, about 1965, which were large, round, and black and made me look a bit like a bug-eyed ant. Since then, I have purchased many more sunglasses, some quite expensive, like Oakley, Smith, and UV3. I wore contact lenses from 1962 until 2008 when I lost vision in one eye and started wearing glasses again, always with expensive polycarbonate lenses to protect my remaining eye. Most of my older sunglasses wouldn't fit over my prescription glasses and the few that would have been lost or broken. I keep an eye out for a more attractive polarized pair and I hit the jackpot with these!! They are very attractive and protective and more than fairly priced. Our 17-year-old granddaughter came from Seattle for winter vacation and bought cheap $3 black and also white sunglasses at the mall. When we got home I had her try on my new turquoise pair and she loved them so much that I had her take them home, figuring I could buy another pair for myself, but they were not listed on Amazon for over a week. I was finally allowed to re-order them yesterday, and am still pretty excited that I was able to order another pair of the Polarspex Polarized Women's Vintage Square Jackie O Cat Eye Fashion Sunglasses in turquoise!! I like very good quality sunglasses but know my limits, meaning I’m super rough on them and often break them (through no fault of the product) so I’ve ceased spending more than $50 on a pair, and prefer to spend closer to $25 if possible. I wanted heavy quality construction, comfortable fit, and polarized lenses. I usually go for an oversized shape and brown tortoise finish with brown polarized lenses. These glasses met all of my requirements and have been wonderful for my needs. I have blue eyes which tend to be quite sensitive so I wear them even on less that sunny days. Since they’re polarized they also provide a lot of help by reducing glare even on gloomy/rainy days while driving. I don’t take particular care with them and often just throw them into my purse. They’ve yet to scratch or bend. They are of very high quality construction and fit my face well. Read more
Very cute! Decent quality, not flimsy, love the dark lenses. My only "complaint" is that they did come kind of squished because they were not boxed just in a soft case, not damaged but were crooked and needed adjustment. -Edit to include that these have already broken. One arm broke completely, after only a handful of wears, over a couple of weeks. Disappointed. Should be 2/5 stars for poor durability. Additional EDIT***seller contacted me to make it right! The glasses themselves look good and are nice and dark. I wasn't expecting top quality for the price, but one of the screws just randomly fell out after four days. I've had cheaper sunglasses that were more durable than that. Now I have to go buy a glasses repair kit. Read more
