This is so much fun for yourself as a hobby or also makes a great gift. There are so many colors and so much clay to work with. I have made quite a few projects and still have a lot of clay left. I also really like all of the tools that come with it that helped me make some really cute designs. The clay works well and is sufficiently moist, it is hard when first working with it, but it softens out the more you work it. Comes with a cute instruction book with ideas. The color does get on your hands and surfaces so be careful as it can be messy with certain colors. Really happy with this set and I would highly recommend it. Read more

Update: I wanted to update my review to take note of the excellent customer service displayed by this company. They reached out directly with thanks for my feedback and mentioned they are making continued efforts to improve their product. Vibrant colors and a variety of color options. My only gripe is the dye in the clay will rub off on your fingers. I’ve noticed for example if I’m using a blue or red and then I switch to white it will stain the white. I have the same issue with gloves unfortunately. The texture seems great though. I love how malleable it is and that it doesn’t dry out. I’ve not noticed a bad smell with it either. It’s very easy to mold and shape making it excellent for homemade magnets. My super glue and magnets stick to it very well Read more

So much fun! I bought this for my daughter’s 9th birthday. It’s packaged nicely in a little clear box with multiple levels that lock together. The color choices are vast. The quality is thick and easy to mold. The tools received work well. Clay dries if you follow the directions that state the amount of time per 1/4 inch of clay and recommended temperature. My 15 year old played with this for hours as well. If you have a child who loves to create and craft—this is for you. Read more

Pre-baking, colors tend to transfer a bit with this extremely soft, somewhat sticky clay, but the quality is on par for the price point. Back in the1990s, my preferred polymer clay was Fimo, which is considerably firmer (and pricier). This set, on the other hand, has plenty of fun, entry-level clay that is well-suited for children, those dealing with hand strain or strength challenges, or newbies curious to try a new medium. The baking fumes are thankfully low-key. Includes lots of colors, more tools than I know what to do with, and even some jewelry findings. While the clay may not be ideal for refined beading or intricate figures, this is a great introduction to the creative possibilities that this medium has to offer. Read more

This is awesome! I wanted to make some dollhouse food and other little things with my kids, ages 2 and 5, but I was worried that Sculpey or Fimo would be too hard for them to manage, especially the 2-year-old. There were no issues with this! The clay is soft and sticky, firmer than Play-Doh but still easy enough for my kids to manage on their own. The case is nice (although not the most durable) and everything fits back inside well, and there's a great variety of handheld cutting and shaping tools, as well as some jewelry bits and bobs. The color variety and amount of clay is fantastic for the price. I would definitely buy this again! Read more

Great starter kit if you want try every color! Everything you need start having fun and getting creative is in this nice and tidy box that stores away easily. Everything fits back nicely into the box too. When the children or yourself are done- clean up is a breeze. The complaints I heard was that the clay starts kind of wet or waxy. I loved it! Had a soft “chewy” texture. Easy to roll, flatten, sculpt. The clay is very moldable and retains fine details. Someone gifted my child other polymer clay that crumbled, cracked and was unusable. I tried to mash it together but it was weirdly dry and wouldn’t stick to itself. This clay, in comparison, was delightful! Moldable, workable and in oodles a beautiful and true colors. The box was opened and 45 minutes later my 10 year old had made and baked matching dolphin, seahorse and crab earrings. They were dainty and well done. Baked easily and without issue. This would be great for after school fun with children kindergarten and up- projects can be as simple or complicated as they prefer. Super giftable! Read more

great variety of colors but this is MUCH SMALLER than you'll think based on the photos. these blocks are approximately 1/3-1/4 the size of a standard Sculpy or other oven bake clay. Read more
