Very Well Made, Excellent Design, Makes Great Use of Otherwise Wasted Space
This Bathroom Organizer Shelf Assembly is absolutely perfect for my very small bathroom in my cabin. Other than the medicine cabinet, back of the sink and top of the toilet tank there is really no place to put anything. The ceiling in there is very low, as it is under a loft. So, installing other cabinets or shelves which would stick out from the wall is a non-starter. This shelf system takes otherwise wasted space inside of the wall and converts it into a very usable place to put everything from containers to rolled towels. This is being installed on an interior wall, as using the exterior wall would mean deleting the in-wall insulation. It's a cold environment up there, on top of a mountain. So, every inch of insulation is critical to avoid drafts when the weather is icy cold outside. The construction is very robust, and the powder coat finish appears to totally seal the unit from the effects of humidity. The finish has a wrinkled appearance, which I like. It is claimed to be of all stainless-steel construction, which I can't confirm under the coating. But that is a very nice touch as it should never rust even if you somehow manage to damage the coating. Most such cabinets are not stainless and rely on the finish to protect it. Over time, they could be expected to require repainting. Powder coating is basically a plastic. So, it is not normally attacked by things spilled on it. Should a bottle have residue on the bottom or leak you should be able to just wipe the mess up. This shelf system is actually designed to be placed inside of a shower stall, as evidenced by the sloped, water spilling bottom and vented shelves. Overall, this is a great product. It comes very securely packed in a tri-wall box with generous foam board protection. Attention to packing and presentation always indicates manufacturer attention to details, as many drop the ball there. It deserves a solid five stars. Read more
