different taste, not so strong of a fake buttery taste - just like movie popcorn. I love the freshness of the colonels even the unpopped ones. There were only a few unpopped ones because I tend to make sure there is enough microwave time to get my money's worth. I think that this is definitely worth the cost for the quality of product and it pops well enough to only have a few unpopped kernels. This is a seemingly filling popcorn with just the right amount of salt. (If you are a salt junky this won’t satisfy your sodium need) Not recommended for those who are watching their sodium intake by Drs orders. Doesn’t taste exactly like butter, but gotta say it’s a damn good imitation. Fluffy, pretty crunchy and not excessively greasy, I’d definitely buy this popcorn again! Read more

Easily the best tasting microwave popcorn of all the ones I've tried. It has an actual noticeable butter taste. Big box gives great value you'll always have some ready. I also have done really well about not getting any burnt ones. 2-3 secs no pops and it's good. Sure there's a couple unpopped ones left but I will gladly sacrifice a few for 0 burnt ones! Read more
