I purchased this in a size Large. I am a 40D/DD, 165lb and 5’6” it fits and looks very sexy probably because it shows a lot of cleavage. I bought the "large bust" style because the other medium I got from Popilush didn't quite fit my boobs right (I'm a 34DD). This medium does an excellent job "snatching" in all the right places, and it fit well up top, plus it kept my boobs from popping out while out dancing. However, I'm only giving it four stars thought because I wish this provided a more lift and the crotch is on the narrow side so I found it uncomfortable by the end of the night.
