Heavy quality cotton. Nice tailoring. Has a rear collar welt and slit sides. Need a washing in hot water for a snug fit.5'8 155lbs medium. Would give it 5 stars but the color is not vibrant. Not a true Navy Blue. Very dull color. USN and USMC Blue have a touch of Indigo to get a brighter Blue. Read more
