It works really well for a small space

I didn't expect much from this little swamp cooler, but it surprised me. Worked well right out of the box. Not complicated to set up and use. It works well and doesn't spray water all over the place like some other units people complain about. My office is on the "hot" side of the house and I was having to turn the main thermostat way down and cool the whole house to just get this room bearable to work in. This little A/C unit is working great to cool me and this small room. I can leave the main thermostat at 78 degrees and then use this little guy in my office, where I work most of the day. Also, the turn-off timer works well. Very pleased! No complaints. Read more

I tried this for almost 3 weeks. The water in the small water tank didn’t evaporate in a week. It did not cool even a small area. This is just a weak fan. I returned it and ordered a larger model. Read more

Only for teeny tiny spaces

I used this on a closed in porch and ran a stronger fan beside it. Filled it with ice water and had it blowing directly on me. It made some difference, not much. After two hours, the heat got to me. If you sleep or live in a closet, this would be great. Otherwise it's just another cheaply made plastic product that promises, then fails to deliver. Read more
