I was convinced that this contraption was not going to be helpful, I was wrong. I'm going through perimenopause and the air conditioner in my apartment building does not keep up. I bought 2 of these. They have made such a difference. I even put one of the units behind a larger fan and it cools the room off quickly and ice cold. If you're someone who gets hot easily this is a worth it purchase. Don’t waste your money—this made little to no difference compared to a regular fan. It produces only a small amount of mist, and even after filling it with ice and ice-cold water, it still just felt like room-temperature air being circulated. Read more
