It's not the size or cooling ability - it's the dinky water reservoir. I needed something to cool just the area of my bed at night while our central AC is out (waiting ~2 weeks for parts!) It does a splendid job of cooling - but it didn't last all night. I tested during the day so I could accurately see how long it lasts. On lowest settings of cool and air flow, it was just over 2 hours. So sadly, back it goes. I do think if you used it during waking hours, maybe at your desk when you could refill it frequently, it would be fine. Read more
