Does it squirt water? Yes. Beyond that, mmm, well, where should we start, 3 pressures settings is not true. 3 flow rates and the same pressure is more accurate. At full flow it can be a bit painful, pulsating flow is just a waste of time low flow is the most comfortable setting. After emptying a full bottle and this setting I find that it really did very little to clean anything, maybe knocked of a little heavy but that's it. 180 Deg. rotation, yes it does but only 20 Deg. of that is useful. My biggest pain point with this product is where they put the power button. When the product is in place the power button is on the under side where you can't see it and it is a very lite pressure switch and can be accidently turned on and off when touched. The wand could stand to be about and inch longer and some kind of safety that product can't be turned on if wand is not open and unit not in place. My biggest complaint is that it does not get you clean, just had back surgery and can't bent or twist and that is why I got this hoping that it would make clean up a lot easier when using narcotics and MiraLAX but it does not.
