If you don't have a bidet, this is a good option. You can take it with you on vacation. The water pressure is great and adjustable. It folds together and stays very clean. Several months ago, after having the stomach flu, I decided to install bidet seats in two out of the three toilets in our house. What else can I say but that I fell in love with them. A friend of mine, who grew tired of me raving about me elimination sessions, decided to purchase one for himself. He summed it up best: “It’s as if Poseidon himself had come down and kissed his derriere”. I liked it so much that I hated not being able to use one when out of my residence and would often try to hold it until I returned home. That can’t be healthy, but hey, what was I to do?? Fast forward two months and I’m given the opportunity to review the “Portable Bidet for Travel, Rechargeable Electric Travel Bidet for Women & Men, Waterproof Handheld Bidet Sprayer High Pressure for Personal Hygiene Cleaning”. While the quality and strength of the sprayer do not match that of an actual bidet attachment, in a pinch it is an acceptable substitute. It is a little awkward to maneuver the gadget between your legs, butt I don’t think that there’s really any other way that it could be designed. If I were to make any change it would be to put the activation and power buttons on the opposite side as to where they are currently located. In my opinion, it would make it easier to operate. The item is small enough to fit into a carry-on for travel. It would also easily fit into a glove box for use when you are out and about, not feeling too well, and wishing to have it with you to help clean yourself off. Read more

Finally, I found a portable bidet! I appreciate the extra cleanliness of a bidet. I can now experience that same luxury as I travel. This bidet has good pressure. It is adjustable to get a good angle and clean the areas necessary. It is compact, discreet, and affordable. I also like the rechargeable feature with multiple uses on a charge. This portable bidet is actually better than I thought it would be, though it does have some things that need some adjusting. It is well made with seemingly high quality materials, and the battery has a superior life span (I have used it about 12 times so far and have not needed to charge it since it’s initial charge). It has three settings - medium, hard, and kind of a pulsating between the two. It doesn’t have a separate start button, just a stream button (which I think looks like a tooth brush - but you most definitely do not want to use it for one…) and a settings button. The stream (or tooth brush looking one…) acts as the start button as well. The tank is an ok size. I first thought it would be way too small, but honestly, for your average movement, it works fine, though I definitely think it could be bigger. The buttons would be better off on the bottom of the thing than on the side where your hand constantly is hitting them and changing things because of it. It could also use a low setting instead of the pulsating one - if you have hemorrhoids or are more sensitive, the high setting can hurt. Also, using two different colors on the wand would realllyyy be beneficial - one side white and the other gray, so, you know, you don’t accidentally spray yourself in the face or shoot the thing across the room by mistake when you're in a hurry (which may or may not have actually happened…). I am not sure I would travel with it because, though it works, it is a bit time consuming between filling it, cleaning it when done, and drying it (I usually leave mine to air dry). Overall, It’s a good purchase, is effective, and I think I would actually recommend it for home use. It’s a good introduction to a bidet and a more affordable option to test out. Read more
