I only dropped one star because I feel like the shortcomings of this unit are probably very similar to other units like it on Amazon at a similar price point. What I like: Better price than most others that are similar Comes in a fairly nice case Has a good amount of accessories Air pump works (although slow) Portable - and doesn't take up much space Displays the tire's air pressure Has presets for bike, car, ball, etc. Set the desired pressure, and you can walk away for a bit. What needs improved: They need better instructions (more on this later) I have a hard time believing this is really 8000 mAh Slow air pump I can't be too hard on this unit because it is a small, portable unit. The compressor is slow (it took 10 minutes of solid pumping to take 1 tire from 11 psi to 30 psi - I timed it.) But I've tried other units where the compressor wouldn't pump past about 10psi. And this one will do better - but very slowly. It also dropped the battery from 3 bars down to 2 bars in that 10 minutes. I read the little booklet that came with it, and they need to be more clear about ways to charge it. (I found out from trial and error that you charge this with the included USB-C cable) There is a battery charging indicator on the display that shows the bars increasing as it charges. The USB-C port on the unit does NOT provide outgoing power (won't charge my phone) It's right next to a USB-A port - which DOES provide outgoing power - and will charge my phone. There's an included cigarette lighter cord - but when I connected it to my car, there was no indication of whether or not it was charging the unit. This makes me wonder if it provides outgoing power to charge the car battery? I think they should re-design the unit with one side that has all of the ports for outgoing power - and the other side with the port for charging the unit. The built in light isn't super bright, but it's enough to let you see what you're doing when pumping up a tire. I did not test the ability to jump start a car with this (although I am skeptical of whether it would have enough juice to jump a full size truck. Maybe enough for a small car?) At the time of this review, this product is marked down to $40. I think it's a decent value at that price. But keep in mind that this is a small unit. Don't expect too much from it. Read more
