I used the shampooer this morning and the hose broke. When I first received the product the attachment that attaches to the hose cracked. Not sure what's going on. All in all the machine works great. I reached out to the seller today so we'll see what they have to say. Update: I've updated the product to 5 stars because the company was quick to respond and sent me a complete replacement, in which I appreciate very much.
