I really thought I was suckered by another charging bank. I've had some in the past that claimed they came with everything one needs to charge an iPhone (i.e. a Lightning Cable), only to find out that there wasn't one. I felt especially gypped off when one said it came with an attached Lightning Cable, but instead had two USB-C Cables. Thanks a lot! Initially I thought this portable charger made the same erroneous promise of a Lightning Cable. All I could see was one retractable USB-C cable (which is pretty cool, but it still didn't exactly meet my needs). I went to the instruction manual. In it there's a Product Diagram. The diagram says where the Detachable USB-C to Lightning Cable should be, but all it points to is the holes where the wrist strap is attached. I figured I'd have to carry a USB-C to Lightning cable with me if I wanted to use the product (there is a USB-C input/output port at the top of the unit). The charger was sitting very close to me while I was charging it. I kept looking at it with contempt. But the more I sneered at it, the more I started to see something. Oh my gosh! The wrist strap IS the USB-C to Lightning Cable! True story! It's pretty ingenious. I have since apologized to the unit for judging it unfairly. So now I really like it. I haven't actually needed it to charge my phone yet, but I juiced up the charger to it's maximum capacity about a week ago, and when I checked it today, it still held a 100% charge. The only thing two things I don't particularly love about it is that it is quite heavy. It's also larger and bulkier than I expected. It's portable, sure. But it's not going to fit comfortably in pocket. Still it seems very sturdy and well-made. I'm fairly certain that it will last quite a while. And for less than $24 it's totally worth it. Recommended. Read more

I was so excited when I got this, but when I used it after charging for my first use was not what I expected. I tried to charge my phone one time and then my iPad and each time the battery drained so fast but barely even charged either device. I did end up returning it and was able to get my full refund without a fuss. Read more
This product is a 10,000mAh capacity Power Bank with a maximum output of 30 Watts. The product I received has a very nice matte white finish. The product has a built-in retractable USB-C connector cord that extends to a length of about 22 inches (56cm) and it has a parking place in the side of the Power Bank so that it is stored securely. The product also comes with a 9-inch (23cm) USB-C to Lightning connector that stows as part of a handle or wrist strap to be able to hold onto the Power Bank. The Power Bank has a single USB-C power port for charging the Power Bank or for providing power to devices one wishes to charge. Lastly, on the front of the Power Bank is a digital display which is capable of telling the user the percentage of capacity remaining in the Power Bank and if the Power Bank is charging or discharging at the “Fast Charge” rate. When the Power Bank was received it reported that it was 80% charged. I plugged my Fast Charger into the Power Bank and the Power Bank was initially charging at a 20-Watt rate. As the Power Bank reached 90% of total capacity, the charge rate had slowed to 10-Watts and steadily dropped as the 100% mark was approached. The power bank was charged very quickly. Once the charging process was completed, I disconnected the power source. I then connected the Power Bank’s retractable USB-C cord to my cell phone. My Cell Phone began to “Fast Charge”. I then unplugged the retractable cord and substituted a USB-C cord that displays actual wattage flow rate that I plugged into the Power Back’s USB-C power port. My cell phone, which was 90% charged, began to Fast Charge. The input to my phone was initially 9-Watts which steadily dropped as the phone’s battery approached full charge. When my Cell Phone completed charging, the Power Bank was reading 92% of full charge. I then connected the Power Bank back to the Fast Charger. It initially charged at a rate of 18-Watts. The charge rate dropped steadily as the percentage of charge increased. When the Power Bank hit 100% capacity, the input charge rate immediately dropped to 0 (zero). I really like this Power Bank. The Power Bank itself charges very quickly. The Power Bank is capable of charging other devices very quickly. It is a very reasonable size, but it is heavy for its size. The retractable USB-C cord will be very useful as will the USB-C to Lightning cord for charging my friends older Apple Phones, when needed. I read the included User Guide and noted that it does state that the product has a capacity of only 5,000mAh. However, the front of the Power Bank is clearly marked as 10,000mAh and the Amazon page confirms the 10,000mAh figure. I did note on the back of the Power Bank where it seems to say that the Power Bank has two cells, each with a capacity of 5,000mAh. Perhaps this is where the confusion arises. This is a very nice and extremely useful product. Congratulations. Read more
