Had this product for about a month absolutely loved it at first was using it everyday on my breaks at work worked very well with my iPhone 13 mini very quick to charge and very quick charge for just the product alone. Unfortunately, I know this is my fault I did drop it recently but it didn’t shatter however, it wasn’t a far drop at all not even that hard for it to break or anything it still looks in perfect condition even after the fall the only thing that got me upset was that it stopped working completely, I tried to charge it figured maybe it just needed to be reset or something but it just kept blinking i tried charging my phone again with it and absolutely nothing was happening and i knew it wasn’t the wire because the wire is very new so it’s not broken and it worked perfectly with the charger before. And I’ve only dropped it once so for it to stop working after one fall was enough to say I wouldn’t order this again. But other then that it’s fine comes exactly as is Read more

Battery pack will not charge, I tried different cables and chargers and it still wont. Amazon wants me to pay to ship it back so im giving a 1 star. Guess I'll be throwing this away and canceling future orders with amazon. Don't buy this item. Read more
