Bring your own 18650 cells and you're good to go...
This is a power bank w removable (not included) 18650 cells. It does charge the cells so you don't need a separate charger (didn't test voltage - but it topped off). Did not test the cutoff voltage, but that's no big deal. It charged my phone easily as well as a camera. I have tons of 18650 cells from old laptops (samsung/panasonic) - and this gives me the ability to have massive cheap battery power (grab extra batteries & you're good). The quality is not great (plastic) but it works just fine. Will definitely buy more. Read more
The Best currently out there
It's difficult to find a solid 18650 charger / power bank. This one is currently the best of the bunch. Lighter than all the XTAR versions. nice and simple. I've been using a setup like this in conjunction with Zebralight headlamps going on 10 years for backpacking expeditions in Alaska.... not much electronic gear I can say that about. Read more
