This worked great to get the grime in corners! I also used it to help with the stove hood filter. Took a lot of the hard scrubbing away. You will need to still get in there and wipe the crud away, but this made that task a lot easier. Read more
I love this little machine. I purchased it to be able to clean air conditioner evaporators without using chemicals, and it does the job very well. The steam it produces is not as hot as advertised (measured with the brass threaded connector on the handle). The maximum temperature I was able to measure was around 89 degrees. The handle gets too hot, you may need to wear gloves It cleans floor grout very well, but it is time consuming because it is a small capacity unit. With all its flaws, I love it. Read more

I had a broken steamer and needed a new one. I found this product, which seemed perfect in terms of power and capacity. However, it's essentially just a kettle. When turned on, it starts working and produces a huge amount of steam (2500w), but you only get weak steam and a lot of hot water. I tried cleaning the grill, but it felt like I was just pouring hot water over the areas I wanted to clean. This item is useless; it's not a steam cleaner. Despite the reviews, which I relied on, it can't handle even 10% of its claimed functionality. I realize no product is perfect, but it's clear this one does not work as advertised. Instead of buying reviews to boost sales, focus on improving the product. It's a good idea with a solid form factor and potential, especially in the US market where there are few options for a steamer with these specifications.
