I was really excited to try this hookah set because the bundle seemed like a great value and the design looked nice. Unfortunately, the quality control is very disappointing. The glass base arrived with several large chips around the rim, which clearly came from the factory, not from shipping damage. Because of the chips, the glass feels unsafe to handle and doesn’t seal properly with the stem. For a product that emphasizes “extra thick glass” and durability, this was very disappointing. The packaging looked intact, so it seems like the glass was already flawed before it was packed. The rest of the kit is decent, but the damaged glass base makes the whole set unusable. Quality inspection needs to be improved before shipping these out. I expected better for a brand-new product. Read more
