Been trying out this hydrogen water bottle for a couple weeks now; and it’s actually kinda cool. I fill it with regular water, press a button, and it infuses hydrogen right into it. I can literally see the bubbles forming, which makes it feel like it's actually doing something. Tastewise, it's like normal water, maybe a little smoother? Not a huge difference there. However, l've noticed I feel a bit more refreshed after drinking it (could be placebo, but I'll take it). I mostly use it after workouts or when I'm feeling a bit sluggish.
