It includes essentials such as a toothbrush (two actually), a spool of floss and floss threaders, threaders, an interdental pick, a mirror, and a timer to ensure proper brush timing. This comes with a case for easy toting. I like that this all comes with the same coloring for a cohesive look. The quality of the items is good enough for use when needed but wouldn't be something for daily use.
