We selected this mini power bank to use 1) as a “carry along” power source when travelling and 2) as a backup power source during power black outs. As a carry along power source, it is amazing. It replenished our iPhones about four times before depleting. The two cable attached cords provide for both older devices using lightening connectors and UBC for our more modern one. It’s compact enough, attractive, and very easy to use. It came at about 77% charged and took about 2 hours to for it to charge to full capacity. There are a few precautions though when using it. First, the instructions are clear that someone needs to be present when charging it. It’s unclear why but perhaps there is a potential fire hazard that might occur? Charging it overnight might not be the best plan. Secondly, if you plan to store it for an extended time, such as setting it aside for a power outage one needs to keep the power level between 25% and 50% which detracts from the idea that you would have the full amount during any outage. We have had it for about a month and it remains fully charged. For our needs, we will likely keep it at full power capacity and then discharge it on a regular schedule. A quick way to do this was to power a small UBC enabled led lamp such as used for podcasts. I’m not sure if it can be taken on an airliner. Read more

I received this 20,000mAh power bank a few months ago and have been testing it extensively during my daily commute and recent weekend trips. As someone who regularly gives a portable charger a try, I was curious to see if this one lived up to its 35W PD fast-charging claims. When traveling (even just down the road), you never know what could happen--you could break down and be stranded, bad weather could hit and you have to take shelter, etc. (not to be brutal, but you just never know). Having a backup, always, to charge your phone could quite literally be the difference between life and death. Always a good idea to have one in the car, in your bag, packed for a trip, etc. What Impressed Me: This charger is genuinely fast while in use. I tested it with my iPhone 15 Pro, and it charged to about 60% in roughly 30 minutes, which is noticeably quicker than my older 20W power banks. The built-in cables are a game-changer--having both Lightning and USB-C cables integrated means I'm not fumbling for cables in my bag, though I only need the Lightning one for my AirPods, now (though some of my friends/family have phones that still need Lightning, so it's good to have both). The braided flat cables feel durable, fold well when "stored" (tucked back in) and the length is practical for charging while holding the device. The capacity is seriously impressive - definitely stronger than any portable charger I've had before. I charged my phone four times on a single charge and also powered up my MacBook, which really puts the 20,000mAh capacity into perspective. This thing has serious staying power for extended trips or busy days away from outlets. Like, noticably more than any other portable charger I've ever owned. The compact size surprised me - at 12oz (as it claims), it's lighter than expected for this capacity and easily fits in my tote/purse/car center console. The digital display is clear and shows the exact percentage remaining, which I found more useful than the typical 4-dot indicators. It's exact to the 1/100th--from 0-100%. What Could Be Improved: The recharge time varies significantly depending on your wall charger. With a quality 35W PD charger, it recharges quickly as advertised. However, if you use a standard lower-wattage charger, it does take quite a bit longer to fully recharge the power bank. If I leave it plugged in for an hour or two, I'm always confident I've have power for my phone all day. One feature I miss from my previous power bank is the built-in wall plug. My old one had fold-out prongs that let me plug it directly into any wall outlet, which was incredibly convenient for travel. This model requires a separate charging cable and wall adapter (as in, while charging it, as in, the other con just discussed), which isn't always convenient when you're traveling and trying to minimize what you pack. If you're using it daily at home where you already have chargers readily available, this isn't an issue. But for frequent travelers, you'll need to remember to pack a wall charger along with this power bank. Build Quality: The unit feels solid and premium. The matte black finish resists fingerprints well. After accidentally dropping it from waist height onto concrete, it showed no damage and continued working perfectly. Overall: This is one of the best portable chargers I've tested in this price range. The combination of exceptional battery capacity, true fast charging, built-in cables, and compact design makes it ideal for daily use or trips where you're already packing a wall charger. At $29.99, it offers excellent value. Just be aware you'll need to bring a separate wall adapter for recharging on the go. Highly recommended for the power and performance it delivers. Read more

While not as convenient as wireless charging devices, this power bank has been a lifesaver more than once for multiple devices. I had an unplanned trip and was able to use this to charge up a tablet, this allowed me to run the tablet for pretty much all the time I needed it for, even though the tablet was at 0% when I left the house. The fact that it has integrated iPhone Lightning cable and a USB-C, with short cables to keep clutter down, makes this a pretty solid package. It would be perfect if it allowed wireless charging, but given how much more capacity this has vs my other charger, which is about the same size, I prefer the extra capacity when dealing with both a tablet and phone. I got this power bank to use at work. I changed jobs and I need to keep my ear buds and a couple devices charged. I don't have access to 110v while working as my job requires a lot of moving. This charges will charge my devices all day long. I haven't used half of the charge in any given day yet and I have all 3 devices going for a full 9 hours. This charges as fast as my factory turbo.chargee from Samsung. I did inventory last week and I hadn't charged my device. I used a longer cord and just put the battery pack in my pocket. With constant camera usage and the screen being on the entire tune with high brightness on the Pixel 9 I use for work purposes it went from about 10% to charged in an hour. The included cords that are hooked to it are very sturdy. The holders are really nice. The little LCD on the front tells you the percentage and it is really nice. The case has taken some drops without damage. I'm a bit rough on stuff. I'm very happy with this battery pack. I was using jumper boxes (the smaller ones) to charge previously. This charges faster and seems to last longer to boot. It functions how you want a battery pack to and has plenty of power. It is a little on the heavy side but it is compact and fits easily in your pocket. I've been using it for almost 3 months now and I'm super impressed. I suggest you buy this one. I'm in my 40s and I've always been on the tech side of life and this is the best charger/battery pack I've ever used. Read more
