This is an oddly nice looking device. They included lots of materials and colors that just look pleasant. It's also functional. It develops good vacuum, especially if you use the narrower tool. It holds a large amount of water and waste for its size. Both containers are easy to use and to clean. If there was one wish I had, it would be for a motorized brush tool. The water lasts forever! so you're not running back and forth filling it back up a million times.. and the dirty chamber is huge so you can do a good bit with out the start and stop and I like that VERY MUCH. Having a portable shampooer with a large water tank is very helpful when cleaning out small spaces and cleaning the car not having to go back-and-forth with a small tank during the crunch period of shampooing the carpet in the car. It works great. The suction is phenomenal and it will suck up a lot of water. You can also use it in your house for your stairs when the normal carpet shampooer will not go to the location or get the top of the stairs or the small corners.
