I love abstract art and wanted a couple of small, monochrome pieces like this poster to hang on the wall in a bathroom space of our home. Our motif and general aesthetic is modern, clean lines that we accent with bolder statement pieces, and this black and white abstract design is exactly what I wanted…it blends in beautifully and looks fantastic...it, too, makes a statement but without taking over the space! The paper on which this piece was printed isn’t very thick, I’d have thought it would be thicker card stock, but it’s fine…they packaged it well inside an envelope of comparable size to accommodate an 8.5x10 print so that it would be secure and not bend or crimp from shipping/handling; ironically, the shipping envelope is thicker than the poster (haha). I’m quite happy with the piece, though, and Poster Master offers a rather affordable outlet for getting a variety of different prints/designs (i.e. abstract, figurative, nature, etc.) to easily swap out your artwork around the house/office whenever you want to display something new. This is a high-quality print of a mid century modern art piece. I inserted it into a chestnut- colored frame that is also mid century modern in design and they are perfect together. The print is on a semi-gloss paper and the lines are super sharp and clear. They colors are brilliant and you could see more texture than the published photo when you view the print. Super excited on how this complements the rest of the decor in the living room. Read more
