I didn't have high expectations for this product, given the low cost of it, as compared to other similar products. I was pleasantly surprised though after receiving it. It works well, and is actually not that uncomfortable to wear, as I thought it would be. It works best when worn under the shirt, rather than over the shirt. Does it actually work? It's too early to tell for sure. But it does seem to be effective at pulling my shoulders back slightly, and without having to make it so tight that it would feel uncomfortable, or restrictive. I suppose more expensive options could be more effective than this one. This is the only one I've tried. I think with regular usage, and given enough time, this could effectively improve your posture to some degree. For the low cost of it, I think it's worth a try. I'm 68 and wanted to straighten my tired posture a bit. This shoulder brace is doing the trick. I've only worn it 1-2 hours a day since I got it just a week ago but I know I stand up taller and feel better for it in breathing better and having a less sore neck muscle. This is not a $2000 physiotherapy machine. You have to work with it. Do not set it too tight at first. Go gradual. - The two pull straps do not have to be adjusted to equal lengths as the brace will self-equalise over the two shoulders. - The brace works just as well (or better in my mind) with the straps coming from over the shoulders from the back as it does coming from under the arms as shown in the picture in the listing. - You can put on (and remove the brace) without readjusting the straps if you simply pull it over your head after sliding your arms in. Not super easy but practical when you do not have someone with you to help with adjusting the straps each time. Read more

It is easy to put on and adjust. I had a healing clavicle fracture that needed a reminder to keep my shoulders back. This product has also helped me sleep on my back instead of on the injured side, which I had always preferred. Occasionally, I have also slid it slightly off my shoulder onto my upper arm; that was comfortable to wear for hours and still reinforced my posture. Great price.
