After taking it off, my armpits were sore from the constant rubbing from the tight fabric, despite adjusting it myself several times. The next morning I woke with less neck and shoulder pain YAY! but burning and stabbing pain in mid back still existed. As I tried to put it on today, the velcro straps kept popping off and snagging on anything and everything in their vicinity. It does not pull my shoulders back or help with posture. I followed directions and even made it the tightest it could go and still useless. Wrapping a tape measure around the broadest part of my shoulders equals 40inches. So if you are around 40in as well don't waste your money. I'm going to see if my boyfriend can get any use out of it as he has broad shoulders. If not I am returning this. Read more
