This, as well as the other back alignment brace I have tends to ride up the back even with the waist straps tightened. It takes some adjusting after wearing it, especially if you are moving around; you may have to adjust the straps again and again. I do enjoy the extra padding in the shoulder straps, it’s more comfortable than my other one and supports the spine which helps with my back pain.
