This fits a petite woman torso only with a small boat that’s not super low due to gravity and/or kids. It’s barely low enough to be comfortable in the under bust area but still slightly high and annoying if wearing an underwire and sitting. I’ll try to update after my move and make sure it did prevent injuring my back now that I’m in my 40’s and not easily bouncing back from mild strain but needed one for the full length of my back and so very hopeful.
