I got this for my husband and he has a habit of hunching his back. At work he has long desk hours, and sometime has to lift weights (20-30lbs boxes), both contributing to a recurring back pain. For the first week of daily use, his back pain had significantly reduced. I have two different posture correctors myself, one for full back support (cover lower waist), another one for half back support (cover mid back), both had helped me curing my back pain. From my own using experience, I noticed the fuller coverage of the corrector, the less time you should wear it, cuz it's much stronger and pulling more muscles. The two correctors I own does not recommend wearing it to exercise or go to the gym. I used it once to bike for 20 mins and ended up had some bruises on my shoulders. Back to this corrector, since it's only supports upper back, and the coverage is minimum, it is ok to wear 30 mins for the first time, and gradually adding time to 1hr, and 2hrs. You can do running, light gym, lifting weights, and other activities rather than restricted to sitting down. It's comfortable and stretchy enough and won't bruise. Read more

I instantly felt my posture improve as soon as I put this on. Comfortable to wear and not bulky at all. Easy to put on vs some of the other complicated designs too. Highly recommend Read more

I’ve tried a few posture correctors over the years, and this one falls into the category of “really helpful if you treat it like a gentle reminder,” not something that magically fixes your back overnight. Once it’s on and adjusted right, it does a nice job pulling your shoulders back and making you more aware of when you start to slump (especially at a desk or on your phone). The material feels sturdy and soft enough against the skin, and I like that it’s not super bulky. It can fit under a shirt pretty easily, although you’ll probably still notice the straps a bit. The adjustability is a big plus too, because you can loosen it for a lighter cue or tighten it when you want more correction. I’d definitely recommend starting with short wear times, because even with a comfortable fit, your muscles will complain a little at first if you’re not used to sitting up straight. My main gripe is that it’s not the most intuitive thing to put on the first couple of times. It’s one of those “once you get it, you get it” items, but I can see people getting annoyed during the initial setup. Also, depending on your body shape, you might feel some pressure around the underarm/upper strap areas if you wear it too tight for too long. Overall, it’s a solid posture corrector that’s comfortable enough to actually use, and it does what it’s supposed to do: it keeps you mindful and encourages better alignment. I’m docking one star mostly for the learning curve and the fact that comfort can depend a lot on getting the fit just right. Read more

It helps with my posture, but it’s difficult to adjust. It digs into my armpits making long usage uncomfortable. Read more

I bought this posture corrector because I spend long hours sitting at a desk and noticed more shoulder and upper back discomfort over time. After using it consistently, I can honestly say it does a good job gently reminding me to keep my shoulders back instead of forcing an uncomfortable position. Read more
