I decided to try this posture corrector to help with upper back and shoulder alignment, It has a structured design with plastic stays that give noticeable support, but it does not feel stiff. The material is lightweight and breathable, which makes a difference if you plan to wear it for more than a short period of time. It does not trap heat the way some thicker braces can. The Velcro straps are adjustable, so I was able to customize the fit to feel snug without being uncomfortable. It is slim so it can be worn under clothes without being obvious. It reminds you to sit and stand straighter rather than forcing you into an exaggerated position. It is comfortable enough for light daily use and easy to adjust as needed. Read more

So I am not sure who this is meant to help, but this thin piece of plastic and all the pulling in the world doesn't make this a stable brace. The straps are not well design. Even stretching and wraping it through the inside and around doesn't allow them to sit taught on your shoulders to correct your posture or protect your upper back. It's always lose no matter what. And once you wrap the straps around a few times, it just rolls and bunches the body strap together. I tried every which way to configure, but the velcro sticks well but the stretchyness of all the pieces makes it forever lose when wearing. I can only assume that the product is too large and I am too thin for this. It claims universal size, but that means it covers a wide array of larger people. If you are larger, maybe it will work for you, but I bend right through it and my brack doesn't feel supported. Read more
