This is not 20,000 milliamps - it is bulky and heavy. I didn't need it to be portable. I just needed something that could power a LCD screen for several hours and this works perfectly. It's at a good price. If you lose it, drop it. Someone steals it. Who cares. I like that it does have a digital power scale, actually a readout. It does take it about 4 hours to charge on a 20 watt charger. It's discharge rate is pretty slow even doing two separate items. It is a downside that you cannot charge this and use it to power a device at the same time. Its weight could be an advantage. If you needed to have a murder weapon that would be unlikely detected by any PBS detectives. Read more

Power bank works as advertised. Verified it can change at 20 watts. If I had only 1 android phone plugged it, it would do "fast charging" but as soon as you plugged in a 2nd device it would change them both as standard speed. I did not plug in 3 or more at one time, but I assume it would change them even slower. It took about 20% of the battery to change 50% of my Samsung S20 Ultra at took the estimated 1-ish hour. So I assume the battery could change 2-5 phones to full (the S20 Ultra battery is on the big side). You DO need a cable to change it, the built-in cables are OUT only. For the 2 USB-C ports, one is IN only and the other is IN/OUT. This is very convent to pop in Purse/bag and not have to worry about bring a cable until you get back home and need to change it. The build in cable is a little short so you'll need to hold it and your phone if you wanted to use your phone (OR just bring a longer cable). Very clear charging indicator (the "ones" place number blinks & changes when charging). It is a little thicker then my other backup batteries. Note: the box DOES have a "hidden" USB-C cable for charging. I didn't see it at first. Read more
