I had wanted one of these for several years. Like all Power Plate products, it is beautifully crafted and looks easy to install. The instructions seem clear. It comes with a handy pocket for the remote. I gave it 4 stars for these facts and because my space limitations are not their fault. However, the wheeled stability bar increases the Personal Power Plates' footprint beyond the space I have. The bar and wheels stick out from the plate an estimated 8 inches, creating a tripping hazard. If you have the room or need the security, it's worthwhile. However, rather than trying to find another, less convenient location for my Power Plate, I returned the stability bar. After all, I had used it there with no problems for 4 years. However, I would have valued having the dimensions of the finished product (after assembly) before I bought it. Get on that please, Marketing Department. Read more

Edit: It took months to receive this. When attached, the bar isn’t stable. It wiggles around thereby defeating the purpose. Also the plate is too heavy for me to move around with the bar. I will really welcome the stability bar WHEN I finally receive it. I've been waiting four weeks already, and the date was just extended from May 4th to May 13th. It likewise took almost a month to receive the Personal Power Plate Stability shield, and then I received another one two weeks later. I'm waiting right now for UPS to come pick up the second one for return at Amazon's cost. I'm using the plate but have to hold on to objects nearby as I have somewhat of a balance disorder, but the plate isn't bothering me. So ... just waiting for this bar to have the full experience.
