I bought one of these a year ago and I’m back ordering another because it’s been so useful. It works wonderfully and I’ve never had any issues with it. I was hesitant with the first unit I purchased since these are not UL certified and that is always a concern. But the ETL safety mark seems to be ok for now, 6+ weeks into using it on all the time and powering my fish tank lights, filters, heaters, etc. NO fires, melting, smoking, etc. I have 3 of these power strips and they are great. The flat wall plug is great and the 8 outlets are spaced out enough to put 4 converter type of plugs on top and still have 4 slots for normal 3 prong or flat head plugs on the side. I have not used the USB ports so can't review them. It is a great value and my go to product whenever I need more compact power strips. Read more

One of the best power strip/surge protector Size: 5FtStyle: Flat Cord One of the better if not the best power strip/surge protector for the price point! It offers multiple outlets: 4 on the top side and 2 on each sides for a total or 8 outlets; comes with a 5ft thin flat plug and flat cord, with an option to mount. It is a square-ish/closer to a rectangular-ish design (approximate dimensions 4.5in L x 3.75in W x 1.6in H) that is space saving; the outlets are spaced in such a way to still accommodate larger adapters without hindering other outlets. The flat plug is a terrific feature that allows for easy access to the wall outlet even with tight spacing from furnitures/beds. The flat plug easily and snugly plugs into the wall outlet with virtually no indication of it feeling loose or being able to be pulled off in the event the cord is tugged on. The flat cord feature allows it to be easily manageable without tangling up and can be easily hidden behind furnitures. While the cord is 5ft long, and generally sufficient, it would have been nice if it were a little longer 7-8ft but they do offer longer ones at 10ft, 15ft for those looking for extra length. As an added bonus, the surge protector has an on/off switch and comes with 2 USB-A and 2 USB-C ports for those extra power up/charging needs. This space saving, compact power strip surge protector certainly packs a punch being able to handle up to 12 devices: 8 outlets + 2 USB-A+ 2 USB-C! I actually really like these outlet extenders, they’re pretty small in size and offer lots of outlets and additional spaces that you can just put charging wires connected to it. I really like the sleek black design and the 10 foot Cord length is great for small spaces. This thing seems pretty easy to travel with. I don’t know why you would need to travel with it, but you definitely could take it anywhere if you need to have additional outlets while you’re traveling. The outlet seems very well made, and doesn’t make any noise, which is great. Overall, I really like this device and I am so happy I got it when it was on sale.
