This band has a mild to moderate resistance is extremely durable. I use it for myself and for my clients for rehab. I love it because he can hook it or tie it or loop it around just about anything and it functions very well. I’ve had it for quite some time and it has not developed any cracks or issues and it is used at least 4 to 5 times a week Great product. Highly recommend recommended. Read more

My only complaint about the product is that the quality control over time is a little suspect. The thickness of the most recently purchased band is at least 1/16" thicker and it feels noticeably harder. So if you are hoping for a matched pair you might be disappointed. Otherwise these bands are holding up over time, they're strong and seem like they're going to last forever. Don't underestimate resistance bands, they can be very useful for lighter exercises and warming up. Read more
