The machine had good instructions. One great thing the manufacturer did was use same sized screws wherever possible so its easier when putting it all together. The constructions quality is really good, heavy duty bars that can take a lot of weight and abuse. Overall I think this is a good product and I can recommend it. Read more

I bought this machine specifically because I cannot do pull-ups on my own and I need assistance. Unfortunately, the assisted pull-up function doesn’t work at all. Under my weight it just drops and gives no help, so it does nothing to assist me in pulling up. Just for the reference my weight is 143 ponds. What makes this even more frustrating is that it took me hours to assemble, and now I have to disassemble the entire unit and pack it back just to return it. Overall excellent quality for a good price. Seems well made. Very sturdy and stable - no wobble or creaking when used with people less than 170 lbs. Had one nut come stripped but they do provide spare parts. The holes are cut well so there were no problems with passing the bolts. The hardest part was attaching the posterior crossbar. You do have to push down and forward like the instructions indicated. The nuts and bolts are labeled. I wish the parts were labeled to make it faster to put together but the parts are different in appearance so it wasn’t that difficult to tell between the parts. “Left” and “Right” parts are labeled. The instructions were good with words and pictures but it did take about 2 hours for 2 of us to put it together - we did take our time to throughly read the instructions and study the pictures. Would recommend hand tightening all of the bolts instead of a drill or use the drill on a lower setting. I did bend the wall of one of the base bars when I tightened the bolts too much. So far this dip station is excellent! It feels high quality for the price point. Quick pro tip though: When it arrives, a number of the bolts and screws are already in place on some of the pieces. As such, if you inventory the hardware, you might think you are missing an entire bag of bolts, etc. However, many bolts are already screwed in place when it arrives.
