Bought it mainly for the 6 programmable buttons. Buttons all feel nice and have a satisfying click. All the functions are usable without installing some vendor bloatware. Wired or wireless + rechargeable. USB-C connector. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I wanted so badly to like this controller. It has excellent mechanical buttons. It has all the extra mappable buttons. It felt really good on day one, but that’s unfortunately where it ended. Day two I noticed while playing that my screen was shaking slightly. It was the right joystick. The controller seemed great until I looked further into it. I tested the sticks for return ( how they sprung back to zero after pushing them any direction) and it turns out, they just don’t go back to zero. They would hit anywhere from 3-8 input percentage. So customer service was great and sent me a new one to try. The second one had the same issue except it was actually worse. The sticks were so loose that my main game (rocket league) was completely unplayable. It reminded me of the old days when the n64 controller joystick would be so beat that it would just have way to much free play and never fully return to zero always giving a random direction input. So needless to say, I am returning both and going to try a different brand. This is the first power a controller I have even bought and it will be the last. Sorry but this just ain’t it. As you can see from the video, I’m not touching the controller but it’s registering inputs. Read more

I've had this controller and used it as my primary for about a year and it has done well. Here's my quick rundown. Pros: -Sturdy, can handle a fall from a desk -Thumbsticks are durable. No wear and tear. -No stick drift -Can be used as wired only, usb to usbc Cons: -May be difficult to clean. -Wireless is spotty. -back pedals are too easily pressed. After about a year of use the usbc port on the controller gave out. Currently looking at getting a new controller and I am considering getting this one again. Yes the port gave out. No longer wired only for me. I never bought this controller with the intent to be using it as a wireless controller but here I am dealing with the spotty wireless and constant disconnects. To be fair I'm not using the Bluetooth and never have. Currently using the dongle that came with the controller. Im honestly a little suprised that the port gave out before the cable did. The older models did have a more sturdy dock on their ports but that feature seems to have been removed from their more recent products. It looks more sleek but at the cost of no support near the port. If you do decide to buy this product I would recommend unplugging anything from the controller when not in use to prolong the life of the port. Other than that its a solid choice. If you are looking for a wireless controller and trust Bluetooth I would say this is again another solid choice. Again I've never used the bluetooth on this controller but find the included wireless dongle lacking and would not recommend as the primary method for connection. Read more

Reviews from others claiming stick drift (they didn't bother to update the firmware that fixes this issue) or lack of software (didn't bother to download PowerA Gamer HQ app from MS store) are just flat-out wrong. I opened the controller, installed the app, updated the firmware and customized my buttons all within about 20 minutes and away I went. I have very large hands and I ended up returning the 2x as expensive Razer Wolverine v3 because it just wasn't comfortable to hold due to having short/stubby handles. This OPS v3 mimics the form factor of a standard Xbox controller and is much more comfortable. The turbo button works great to avoid button mashing in various titles, and I was able to calibrate the sticks to have almost zero deadzone and they are absolutely perfect (always reset to 0,0 coordinates upon testing). All-in-all, this is a fantastic controller that, in my opinion, outperforms some other controllers that cost 2x as much. Read more

This controller does basically everything it says it does. The controller has ability to manually change macros and also colors WITHOUT software or anything, its simply built into the function and has individual zone lighting and everything, I was actually astonished when I first figured it out myself! The buttons feels great! the connection to my PC via the 2.4ghz adapter is fast but I have recently noticed random disconnecting even when battery has charge, just happens randomly and will reconnect fine. I think it powers off accidentally somehow, could just be my unit. Regarding battery life, I am not sure what happened but I found the battery life to initially be very impressive but have since noticed (less than a month of use) that it is randomly shutting off maybe 1-2 times an hour or two. and the overall battery charge seems to have degraded quickly as well. I really would like to give this controller a 4/5 star because it really is a cool controler I did not expect to have all these functions that actually work and are very straightforward and easy to use without manual. But unfortunately due to the battery and connection issues I give it 3 stars as I know thats a pretty big point for some folks depending on what you play. Happy Gaming! Read more
