I buy these form my son with Autism these Powerade to help my son stay dehydrated. They taste great its nice because flavoring is not too sugary or intense for him and it doesn’t leave a bad aftertaste which is huge for kids with high sensory to food and drinks. This is the first time I have tried the grape flavored Powerade. I enjoyed the tasted more than I thought I would; it was really refreshing. I used this Powerade during long cardio sessions, and it provided good hydration and high energy levels.
