I have to change my review of this item The company after three months did send a new solar panel after the initial inquiry In fact, it looks like an upgrade and seems to be working very well The power station for the past month has been working very well Previous review I would’ve given this a higher rating For usability and reliability…but My disappointment comes from the fact that the solar panel has 4 eyelets on it that you Can use to hang the solar panel Within a two month period Two of the eyelids pulled out and so I can no longer hang the solar panel I like the fact that it folds and you can put it away however it makes it difficult to stand up and use as a solar panel I contacted the company and they said there was nothing that they could do about it They made some suggestion about using tape and holes, which made no sense to me So if you want to hang the solar panel it’s not reliable Read more

Got this for my hurricane kit - to power my laptop and phone and a 4-watt LED light (equivalent to 60 watt incandecent), if needed. Did a quick test - it came with the battery 75% charged. I discharged it by putting a single old-fashioned 60-watt light on it. Took almost 3 hours to disharge (the light went off, and the fan in the unit powered down). I then put the solar panel in the sun. Took 4 hours to fully charge the battery (I live in south Florida). Then put two 60-watt lights (120w total) on the battery. They ran for over 2 hours minutes (135 min total). That's a total of 270 watt/hours. It's rated at 200 Watt/hours, so that means it more than meets the grade. It won't power a frige or A/C (another reviewer gave it a 1-star because it couldn't power his refrigerator - lol), but it does have the power rating that it says it has. Read more

A wonderful idea for charging devices. It is very easy to use, but it takes forever to solar charge it. The quality is great, portable, and when it works, it works, but mine stopped. The AC is out of wack. . . Too badddddd. Read more

Very pleased with this system. It's come in handy during camping to run some lighting and charging. At home, it's ran our wifi and router during a home power outage for 6 hours before running out of battery (at night, no solar). Overall a good system for emergencies. The only thing I'd like to see on a later model is an lcd display with information on the battery level, power input (from solar), power output (200w max), and estimated battery life. Would 100% recommend this to a friend. Read more

After hours of testing It keeps shutting off even after fully charged. I spent a lot of money on this & it will just cost me more to send it back. I cant even charge a phone for more then a few sec before it shuts off. I am not happy. The only thing that works is the Solar panel. . . I have bought other brands that do not have this problem. Review update on testing product. It will say charging is almost full & then you can unplug it & Plug it back in to find its dead. Read more

Product is working good at the start (purchase July 19th 2024) but now over a year later (August 2025) the power bank will not charge to 100% it only has a blinking light at 50%. I have left the solar panel in broad daylight for the last 3 days now and the power box inside the garage and it still has it blinking at 50%. I have tried sending emails to the company to see if there is a way to fix it but I have yet to hear anything back. If you're looking for a long time use solar panel and power bank this is not the one for you. Read more
