I've been using Oral-B electric toothbrushes for 15-20 years and have always purchased replacement brushes made by them. This time I decided to see if I could save some money and give these a try, and I'm very glad that I did. The only difference I can see between the Schallcare ones and the ones sold under the Oral-B Sensitive Care label is that these fit tighter, which results in a surprisingly large reduction in the noise level, and of course they only cost 1/3 as much. I've been using one the Schallcare brushes for about 6 weeks now and it shows absolutely no wear, so I think there's a good chance they will last every bit as long as the Oral-B brand ones. The first time I used these they made my gums bleed. It takes a bit for the bristles to soften up. The bristles also tend to look a bit frayed after a few weeks which definitely doesn’t happen with the name brand ones. Read more
