I want to start by saying that I am not pregnant. I chose this Cozyyeah pregnancy pillow because I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and am currently dealing with severe sciatica. I was looking for something versatile that could help stabilize my joints while I sleep, and this has exceeded my expectations. One of my favorite features is how adjustable it is. I can move and position it in different ways depending on what my body needs that night. It does an excellent job placed between my knees, especially for sciatica relief, and helps keep my hips aligned so my joints are not shifting out of place while I sleep. The pillow feels very soft and comfortable against the skin. The bamboo-derived rayon cover is smooth and breathable, which is important to me because I tend to run hot. It stays cool throughout the night and does not irritate my sensitive skin. At the same time, the inner fill provides firm, stable support without feeling hard or uncomfortable. I also appreciate that it is compact and does not take over the entire bed like some larger pregnancy pillows. It is easy to adjust, easy to reposition, and surprisingly versatile. I even use it when I am sitting up in bed to paint, as it provides extra back and hip support. The removable cover is easy to take off and wash, which adds to its practicality. Overall, I am highly impressed with the quality and durability. Even though it is marketed for pregnancy, I believe this pillow is incredibly helpful for anyone who needs targeted support for side sleeping, joint stabilization, or sciatica relief. In my opinion, it is absolutely worth the cost. Read more
I’d give this pregnancy wedge pillow a solid 4 out of 5 stars. It’s been really helpful for getting more comfortable at night, especially for side sleeping. The support for my belly and back makes a noticeable difference, and it helps take some pressure off my hips. I like that it’s adjustable, so you can position it how you need, and the bamboo cover feels soft and breathable. It’s also not too bulky, which is nice if you don’t want a huge pillow taking over the bed. The only downside is that it can shift a bit during the night, so I sometimes have to readjust it. But overall, it’s made sleeping more comfortable and I’d recommend it to other moms-to-be. Read more
This pregnancy wedge pillow is a good size and nice firmness, so it maintains its shape very well. The pillows can easily be adjusted by laying the velcro attachment where you need it. Since you can unzip the inside cushions, you can even add or remove stuffing to your liking. I love that the pillow covers are removable for washing. I put my covers through the washer without any issues, but I did make sure they were separated inside a mesh wash bag from other items to prevent the velcro from damaging other fabrics. This pillow feels so nice against my belly and back, providing much needed support. Priced at $36.99 at time of ordering, this is a reasonable price compared to similar pregnancy pillows. Read more
This wedge pillow ended up being way more useful than expected. The size is perfect… not bulky like full maternity pillows, but still provides real support exactly where needed. It works great for supporting the belly during side sleeping, and also doubles as lower back support when sitting up in bed or on the couch. The adjustability is nice because you can position it exactly where it feels best depending on comfort and sleep position. The bamboo cover feels soft and breathable, which helps prevent overheating during the night. It holds its shape well and doesn’t flatten out, and the firmness strikes a good balance between support and comfort. Overall, this is a simple but very effective comfort upgrade that makes side sleeping much easier during pregnancy without taking over the whole bed. Read more
