Perfect! Using it to tape a sore trigger finger.. exactly what I needed!😊 Read more
This tape lacks some of the features (stretchiness, etc.) of the kinesiology tape that I usually use, but it works well when I need to support arthritic and trigger fingers doing things that could otherwise cause pain or injury. The tape comes in three colors, which is kind of fun. It definitely helps things stay in place, and is fine if it gets wet. I appreciate that the tape doesn’t roll over onto itself or ride up while I am trying to work out, and that the degree of support stays consistent throughout. Definitely a helpful product. It’s a little pricey at the moment, but I love that it helps me continue to maintain fitness routines despite these physical changes. Read more
I recently tried the Premium Athletic Finger Tape, and I’ve been really impressed with how well it holds up during tough workouts. I mainly picked it up for weightlifting, especially hook grip on heavy pulls, and it honestly makes a big difference. The pre-cut 1x4 strips are super convenient — no more fumbling with scissors or trying to tear rolls with sweaty hands. I just grab a strip, wrap it, and I’m ready to go. The material has just enough stretch to feel snug without cutting off circulation, and it doesn’t roll up or peel mid-set the way cheaper tapes tend to do. One thing I really like is how well it sticks even when my hands get sweaty or chalked up. Some athletic tapes either slip right off or leave sticky gunk behind, but this one seems to find that sweet spot — it stays on during the session but peels off cleanly afterward. I also appreciate the durability; a single strip lasts through an entire workout without fraying, even when I’m cycling between barbells, dumbbells, and pull-up bars. The pack comes with three colors, which I didn’t think I’d care about, but it’s actually nice to switch it up or match with gym gear. That said, there are a couple of downsides worth noting. Because it’s pre-cut, you don’t have the flexibility of customizing lengths the way you would with a roll. If you want extra coverage beyond the finger joints, you’ll probably need to double up, which uses strips faster. I also noticed that while it’s perfect for hook grip and finger protection, it’s not as well suited for wrapping larger areas like wrists or palms. It’s definitely specialized for fingers, so it won’t replace a general athletic tape roll in your gym bag. Overall, though, I think it’s a great product if you’re serious about lifting, climbing, or any sport that tears up your hands. It protects the skin, improves grip comfort, and saves time with the pre-cut design. For me, it’s become one of those small investments that makes training a lot smoother. I’d definitely recommend it to other athletes who want a reliable, easy-to-use finger tape that actually lasts through a workout. Read more

After years of abusing my fingers playing volleyball, doing yard work, lifting, and rock climbing, I needed something to help deal with the arthritis and help prevent flaps and cracks. These are solid pre-cut finger tapes for all of my activities. The strips are convenient (1x4), stick well through chalk and sweat, and have just enough stretch to stay snug without cutting off circulation. Feels durable and tears cleanly from the backing—no scissors needed—and the color options are a nice touch. Best for fingers and thumbs; if you need wrist or larger-area wraps, you’ll still want a traditional roll. For protecting the skin and maintaining grip consistency during heavy pulls or high-rep sets, it does the job well. Read more
This finger tape is a great value, and comes with three rolls in different colors. The tape sticks well and provides some cushion and grip that is very helpful when working out. The tape is fairly thin and unobtrusive, it feels good quality overall. This works well for exercise but can also be helpful for scrapes and callous protection. The tape is sturdy enough to withstand sports and other activities. It's a must have for active hands. Read more

The athletic tape itself seems too thin to provide any significant support for high intensity exercises, specifically weigh training. Feels like a disappointing option to lifting gloves, as it doesn't help with deep calluses or bruises. While the product advertises itself for "The Toughest Workouts", it's an overpriced bandage with some texture, primarily due to its cotton feel. For the price, you are better off getting a bandage roll or something from your local store and have similar experiences. Read more
