I have tried to wear this but it really hurts the ball of my foot. I stopped wearing it after 2 days. Also, even though it is very thin, by placing it under my intersole, it makes my shoe very tight Read more

I had a broken foot and my doctor recommended a carbon fiber insole for when I came out the boot. And I must say I was unsure by how thin it is but it works great and I don't have any pain in my foot. Read more

The insole feels very stiff and supportive, which is great if you need serious foot stability for issues like turf toe or plantar fasciitis. Keep great toe joint from flexing
Works great- I can wear shoes I never thought I would wear again. I cannot wear shoes that flex my big toe joint due to an old injury but these inserts allow me to wear them. Read more
