The insole feels very stiff and supportive, which is great if you need serious foot stability for issues like turf toe or plantar fasciitis. Works great- I can wear shoes I never thought I would wear again. I cannot wear shoes that flex my big toe joint due to an old injury but these inserts allow me to wear them. Read more
