The KIRA Reusable Chin Strap is comfortable, stays in place all night, and really helps keep my mouth closed when using my CPAP. I like it. It works for what I needed, which is keep my mouth closed while sleeping, for cpap therapy. But the velcro behind the head just came completely off, after 20 days of use. Otherwise, it's a solid choice for me. Read more
I have an issue with breathing through my mouth when I sleep. Doing so causes me to have a severe dry mouth. I have tried several ways to change this new and negative habit, but none have worked. This product, though, has promise. I have used it for just over a week. The first two nights, my mouth stayed closed, and I had great improvement in the dry mouth area. The third night, though, my mouth seemed to figure it all out and somehow, with the chin strap, I still breathed through my mouth and right through the cloth. I have been working on being more conscious of this and have had both great results and not-so-great results so far. I don't think the issue is the strap. I believe it is my bad habit forcing its way through! The fabric of the product is soft and stretchy, but it is strong enough to stay in place. The velcro strap does get caught just a bit in my hair at times, but I don't let that bother me. I just adjust it. The strap is worth the attempt if you are suffering from this issue. Read more
This doesn't work at all for keeping the mouth closed for sleeping. Not even a little. It may work for face sculpting, but I have no need of that. Waste of money. Read more

I hate it. Not good if you have a beard. Keeps slipping and sliding off my head. Size seems to small. If you make it too tight will choke the face. Read more
