This item works just fine...it's pretty simplistic. The directions and description, however, need to be retranslated. I know it's from China, but this is hilarious! I am very pleased with this product. I am not using it for postpartum care but daily wash. It’s easy to use and practical. I got this one because it had a little more capacity than the others. It's good enough quality for the very reasonable price and does such a good job that I purchased a second one for a backup. We preder this to a bidet - sure you have to fill it up, but there's no sprawling plumbing or awkward fixtures to keep clean, you can choose the perfect temperature for the water, and you can direct the stream right to where need it.
