This is my second purchase of this pan! The first one lasted 2 years. I foolishly used a fork one time and scratched my first pan. So time to buy a new pan! This pan is fantastic!!!! I use it literally every morning for eggs. It's my egg pan, only eggs in it! My daughter wouldn't eat eggs until I started making Japanese style omelettes. Now she can't get enough!! It also makes great easy over eggs and hard over eggs. Everyone in my family likes their eggs a different way. This pan cooks so fast and evenly I can make everyone's egg to order. I have never had anything burn. I can do up to 3 eggs at a time, Japanese style omelette. Nothing ever sticks. And it's the easiest pan to clean. I just handwash it with a soft sponge and dish soap. Everything slips right off, no scrubbing ever!! The spatula it comes with is the only thing I use in the pan. It flips eggs with easy and folds Japanese omelettes like a pro! Just a little butter and you can cook eggs any way you want til your heart's content!! Stop eating yucky eggs from gross western pans. Buy this pan and take yourself on an egg-citing adventure!!!!!!! DO IT, you'll thank me later! Read more

My husband loves this pan! It is small. Great for 1 or two people. Good for portion control. The omelets come out beautiful. Easy learning curve. Read more

I immediately tried this as soon as it arrived. I made some really nice steak and cheese omelets. It was very easy to use and only took about 2 minutes to cook the egg all the way through. Rolling it up with the included wide spatula was actually very easy. I expected it to be more difficult than the online videos suggested, but it wasn't. The size was a little smaller than I expected it to be, but it's perfect for a two-egg omelet. And it is very light and feels cheap. I wonder how long it will stand up to rigorous use, but we'll see. The pan can be used for rolled omelets just as it shows on the screen or for traditional flipped omelets. I made rolled omelets at first, just for the novelty, but soon went back to the old folded kind because I like my omelets with a lot of filling which spilled out the sides as I rolled. Now I place a slice of cheese in the middle when the eggs have firmed up on bottom, lay the rest of the filling on the cheese, flip one side up over the filling & fold the other side over the first. Then I slide the flipper under the whole thing & turn it over so it is realigned with the pan with the narrow ends of the omelet toward the narrow ends of the pan, turn off the burner & let it finish cooking while I pour my self a cup of tea & fetch a plate. The pan really is non stick once you’ve seasoned it with a little oil. Even burned on cheese wipes right off. The turner is wide but not quite as wide as the pan. I wish it were a little wider but can’t complain. Also sometimes I use a second turner in my left hand to keep the omelet from sliding away while I get the wide turner under it. Read more

This is a great value because it comes with a great spatula. The pan warps a little bit when it gets hot so the quality isn't that great, but I find myself using it more than my Hexclad pans, probably because it's easy to clean and I'm not worried about damaging it. We use this to cook food for our toddler--mostly minced veggies and ground meats. It cooks eggs well too, of course. I've used it at least once a day for the past five months and I've had zero issues with it (other than the slight warping). It's a great deal at $15. Read more

Very nice Fry Pan. It actually is non-stick as they claim. (finally) It is perfect size for an omelet. I like the rectangular shape and the spatula. Been using every day for a while and do like it very much. Read more

I bought this so my boyfriend could make his French omelets easier and more uniform. It's smaller than expected but it's still great for rolled omelets and preparing small meals. Only complaint is the off-center handle. It arrived with a crooked handle. Read more
