Does not contain lidocaine
This is strictly a vasoconstictor for swelled hemorrhoids (phenylephrine). It does not have direct pain relief (lidocaine). If you want a combination ointment get Preparation H Rapid Relief. It's much more expensive and smaller volume. Read more
