My favorite product I’ve ordered in a long time! It works incredibly well and the steam pressure is fantastic. Very disappointed maybe that’s why the price was reduced. You spend more time adding water every few minutes. Before you add water you have to wait 5 min. If you don’t wait 5 min. water will spit out. I can clean faster manually without using the steamer. If you want to save time cleaning this is not the product to use . I like this guy. I was seeing advertisements on different sites so I thought I would check Amazon out. I went by reviews. This lives up to the reviews. It's easy to use. It's very durable. The water capacity could be a wee bit larger, but it works as it heats up quickly. The cost was great. I believe I got it on sale. Remember 100%. I really like this product. Now. Did it magically get every stain out, no. Did it help it a lot, absolutely. Those commercials you see that it's so dirty and it comes out totally clean. I wonder if that could ever really really happen. Of course, I tried it on a 60-year-old stuffed animal, so it lightened it up a little bit. I was happy. I tried it on carpet, it worked pretty well. I tried it on blankets. All different types of things. I like it. Maybe the pricier ones do get more stains out. I am not sure yet. I'm not going to try it out because I look for value. It is small and portable and has ok pressure, but you have to keep pressing the top part with your thumb to release the steam and after a couple minutes doing it it becomes unmanageable. The squeegee piece leaves a lot of marks and I had to re-do the windows. The idea is great, but the result not so much. Read more
