I purchase mannequins to conduct classes for which I charge a fee; thus, it is a business for me. Upon receiving the mannequins, they were defective after the first class; a spring even flew out of one of the ears of the mannequin. I requested a return, which has become an annoying and frustrating process. They asked me to pack everything back into a large box, for which I had to spend $15 to purchase. Additionally, I expended time and gasoline in this process. The worst part is that I lost two classes because I did not have mannequins in good condition to teach. I contacted Amazon, which has been providing very poor and rude customer service for a while now. They didn't offer any assistance and essentially closed my chat. It's sad that I purchased the same brand of mannequins about two years ago, and the product quality was very good. I would say that has changed, and I will have to seek alternatives for purchasing them elsewhere. Read more
