First off, I'm 5'8, 133 lbs, and a 36B with a bit of a longer torso and arms. I bought the Large in the wine red shade which is a gorgeous color. This sweater is very soft, a bit form-fitting/clingy. It offers generous stretch while still maintaining a fitted shape. I love the 60s/70s vibe of the round zipper pull and the overall design of the sweater. I did, however, deduct a star because when lifting my arms up, the sweater tended to bunch up and needed to be pulled down frequently (probably due to the clingy nature of the sweater). Maybe an XL would prevent this for me, but then it might fit too big on top. Update: I machine laundered this sweater and hang-dried, hoping that the substantial wet weight of the sweater may help to elongate the torso. Sadly, it did not since the material has a lot of clingy memory so it bounced right back to its original fit. Read more

This is adorable and I really like the weight of it: not too hot for indoor gatherings, but warm enough under a jacket for cold winter outings. I just ordered two more in other fall colors. I have a feeling this will be my "go-to" with jeans this fall. It reminds me of a similar sweater I wore in high school (50 years ago)! Medium fits me comfortably (5'4"; 145 lbs), although the sleeves are long. They fold over easily at the wrist, though, and are not too thick. Read more
