This product gets five stars because of Amazon’s excellent customer service. Yes, sweater is nice. It’s soft and pretty and well made. HOWEVER, the first sweater I received was obviously used. It was rolled up, not even folded, in an opened bag. The sweater was stretched out and obviously had been worn. I initiated the return online the next morning and dropped the used sweater off that day. The next day I received my BRAND NEW replacement sweater. Way to go Amazon! Read more

Very comfortable, well made. I wear this around the house almost constantly now that it's cold and plan to get another. It's designed to be a bit over sized, so a great layering piece. Read more

I am 5' 10" and 165 lbs. This is a great fit for a tall girl. I am always worried about arm length and it hits a little below my elbow. I did order a large. The buttons are cute also. I will get in other colors for the winter. Read more
