This is such a great dress! I wore it for a wedding and got a ton of compliments! The color is beautiful. I am usually between a Medium and Large for tops and dresses so I bought both sizes and went with the Medium. I am 5’4” 160lbs for reference! I am 8 months post partum and this was really comfortable and flattering considering I have some extra weight in my midsection. I felt super confident in this. The large fit nice too but I didn’t want a looser fit, I wanted something a little more curvy. So if you want looser fit, I’d order the large. As far as quality goes. I don’t think it will hold up for many washes. I will definitely be hand washing this but there are some loose strings that I think may be an issue at some point, but that seems to be common with this kind of silky material. Liked this dress a lot. Vibrant deep red color, good fit, comfortable. Dressy enough for the cocktail dress code event I went to - lots of compliments. Proportions worked well for me (5’1”) as I did want it just above the knee so I would recommend it for petites. I can see this being versatile and easy to wear under a blazer. Pros: It’s very cute, flattering due to the little tie part in the front that hides the fupa, the dress doesn’t cling like some satin fabrics do. The asymmetric sleeves were my favorite part of the dress, I got a lot of compliments on this dress. Con’s: the bottom seam looks a little cheap when you really scrutinize the dress but you get what you pay for. Overall a good dress. Definitely needs a steam before wearing it. I loved this dress! I review the dress itself as a 5!! Ironed EASY and was so cute!! However, it came without a tag and smelled of cologne STRONG (?)… I think this was worn and then returned and whoever returned it marked it as new still… (hate when people do this!!). It also had a dot on it, small enough not to see from afar if you aren’t looking but it was there. Love this dress! The fit is very flattering and the dress material itself is quite strong. I fell (heels are not my friend) and was shocked to see it held up. I downgraded to 4 stars because the very first time I put it on one of the buttons on the back popped right off. I didn’t have time to sew it back on but will before I wear it again.
